Legal statement and updated information on behalf Unjected and The Wellness Company
Aloha Unjected Family!
Thank you so much for sticking by us as we continue to walk through this developing situation. In the interest of full disclosure and absolute transparency, we wanted to provide a complete update on the current status of Unjected and the bright future ahead!
If you have any further questions or concerns please email us at support@unjected.com.
We will all get through this together. Brighter days are just around the corner! Much love to all of you.
Statement:
Dear Unjected Family,
As you may have heard, over the past few days, there are some changes happening here at Unjected. While we are incredibly excited about moving forward with our new backer, The Wellness Company, there are some issues we need to address. Specifically, how those issues may address your personal data. At this time, we do not believe there has been any theft or threat regarding your personal information, but we want to inform you nonetheless.
What happened?
As of April 21, 2023, our development partner, Xenzia As, is no longer working with Unjected. Unfortunately, that partner has refused to hand over the website code to us. The ability to login and pay are key interactions with the website and your emails were stored locally by us. All payment information was handled and stored in Stripe. The prior vender did have access to the Stripe account, however we have deleted all payment information from the Stripe account. Unfortunately, the vendor does have all of the email addresses for our Unjected members.
Is there a risk to me?
We have had no indication of any kind that the departed tech member intends to misuse your data. However, we do believe this constitutes a data breach and are notifying you in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The name you used to sign up with and your email remains available to the developer. For a period of about 48 hours, your credit card transactions were available, but have since been removed from the payment processor to protect your financial information.
What should I do?
Our cyber security advisor does not believe that there is any risk, but please check and make sure that the card you used with Unjected does not have any charges you do not recognize. Experian has a free service for US citizens to check if your identity has been stolen and if you are concerned we suggest you click the following link and sign up: https://usa.experian.com/registration/?offer=at_frsas103&dAuth=true&br=exp&pc=sem_exp_google&op=FRSI-ALT-ECD-103-MQE-XXXXXXX-XX-EXP-VWIN-SEM-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX
What happens next?
Unjected is partnering with The Wellness Company. They are very well-resourced and will be providing cyber security support to ensure a problem like this does not occur again. They will also help us build a bigger, better and more amazing experience for Unjected members over the coming weeks and months. We could not be more excited about the future of this project and hope you will stay along for the ride with us.
Sincerely,
The Unjected Team

Love,
Shelby & Heather
Thank you so much you guys. I know that this is really frustrating to you. Our community deserves better. We don't anticipate there being any problems, but we just really wanted to make sure that we were upfront and honest with all of you about what we are currently looking at. We will all move forward from this and do everything in our power to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again.
Much love to all of you.
Stay Natural. Stay Free. Stay Unjected.

Here’s my input for the new site: make conversations easy. The conversations on Unjected 2.0 were not possible. No notifications. Couldn’t see replies. Etc.
Also, people don’t know what they want. If they say that they want something fancy and complicated, then they don’t. People say they want things all the time that they don’t really want. We’re all children, but don’t want to be treated like children.
The user base is surprisingly tolerant and forgiving. Create a space where people can feel heard and you’ll have a success.
Does that mean that that Xenzia Ass can hand our email addresses to the gov't?
